All Grown Up!!!

So my little one is growing up. I know, I know they tend to do that. Austin has officially been moved up to the toddler room. He is no longer considered an infant. His teachers even say that he changed with no problems. No fussing, no fighting, just went and started playing. My they grow up fast. Just makes you miss the infant stage and want them back to where they need you every moment. *Sniff Sniff* On the plus side, it is great to watch them change and grow. The new words they say, the new things they do, etc. Austin is definitely his own person. He pushes Derek away when Derek gets too much in his face. (see photo). On a side note, Derek loves to give him kisses and hugs and likes to show him things, but Austin doesn't like it so much. Austin know what he wants and lets you know. When he is hungry, he pulls the cereal out of the cabinet or goes to his high chair. When he is tired/cranky, he wants to be held. When he wants to down or to do his own thing, well he goes and he does his own thing. My how he has grown.

Derek is doing well too. He is doing great at school. He writes his letters, colors, and learns to solves things on the computer. He loves his cartoons, but loves his trucks more. He is always playing with his trucks. Next year he will be in Kindergarten (if he makes the cutoff date for bday). Just amazing how quickly they grow up. Before we know it, he will be in High School and we will try and figure out where the time went. Just wanted to share the recent tidbits.
