Loss of Loved Ones

I am sad to say that this morning we lost 3 members of our family. Max, Princess, and Roxy were let out this morning to do their business and then disappeared. Apparently with all the strong winds last night, our 2x4 that holds the gate closed snapped, thus allowing the gate to swing wide open. We were unaware of this when we let our pets out, so when they went out they ran off to enjoy the freedom of being outside the gate. We informed our neighbors so that hopefully someone will find them and put the back in our yard. We also called animal control just in case someone reports them as loose dogs. Please pray for us as we already miss them dearly.

Princess and Max have been with us for 8 1/2 years. They turn 9 this coming April. Roxy is the newest member to our family and turns 1 in April/May. Derek couldn't help but ask about them wondering why daddy wasn't putting them in basement when it was time to leave this morning. I am in Texas and feel completely helpless hoping that someone will see them. Princess is always the cool collected one and probably went towards the woods that are behind our home. Max and Roxy of course followed. Roxy is such a puppy right now and even though she is a little bit of a pain trying to eat of the highchair and constantly following you everywhere you go thinking you will drop some food for her, we still miss her. Max and Princess are wonderful and just lay at your feet which is nice cause they are always there for you. They are all so good with the boys too. Just allowing the boys to lay on them and if Austin pulls their hair a little too hard, they just get up and move instead of snapping or trying to bite him. Please pray for us that our missing family members will show up unharmed.
